The European Marine Board is pleased to announce the publication of Navigating the Future IV. The detailed strategy paper is a blueprint for the next phase of seas and oceans research in Europe. The paper was launched on Thursday 20 June at a special event in Brussels attended by the EU Commissioner for Research, Innovation and Science, Maire Geoghegan-Quinn, and MEP Maria da Graca Carvalho, European Parliament Rapporteur for the Horizon 2020 Specific Programme.
