CommOCEAN 2022 - 5th International Marine Science Communication Conference

On 30 November and 1 December 2022, the European Marine Board Communication Panel, the University of Montpellier, GéoSciences Montpellier, MARBEC, Ifremer and Universités Marines will organise the fifth international marine science communications conference: CommOCEAN 2022.

The event will take place in Sète (France 34200), hosted by the University of Montpellier (member of French Marine Universities Network), Ifremer and the MARBEC Research Laboratory. Sète is a port city on the Mediterranean Sea, close to Montpellier, which is home to large academic and research community. For its first time, and after the successful online 2020 edition, the CommOCEAN conference will be in person and online. Some plenary sessions will be web-streamed and on the 1st of December, as dedicated online conference will be organised.
