Over 350 stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds gather in Brussels from 21-23 November 2018 to discuss a vision for the future of EOOS. The event comprises of presentations, panel discussions, interactive breakout sessions and posters allowing the whole ocean observing community to input to the discussions.
