The non-profit organisations HYDRO and the Flanders Marine Institute (VLIZ) announce the seventh Dr Edouard Delcroix (1891-1973) Prize, established in honour of the Belgian orthopaedic surgeon and pioneer in thalassotherapy. This international triennial scientific prize with a value of 25,000€ will be awarded in 2014 to a researcher or a research team for an original scientific study on the links between oceans and human health.
